The hardest part of this trip? Getting the kids out of the pool. While they're splashing and making memories in the water, your dog has a fully fenced backyard to roam freely. And you? You finally get to unwind poolside, knowing everyone is safe, entertained, and exactly where they need to be. This is the kind of house that families don't just book once—they book again.

Notes

A few things to know before you book:

PRIMARY GUEST
The guest who books must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the home for the entire reservation. The primary guest is responsible for everyone in their group and any visitors.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes, and there is no app to download and no account or password to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.

HOUSE RULES
• Maximum 6 overnight guests
• Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• Pets welcome: up to 2 (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets. Please add pets to your reservation.
• Pool rules apply (see Pool Safety below). No diving, no glass near the pool, and no pets in the pool
• No pool visitors beyond the guests on your reservation
• The fireplaces are not for use
• No commercial photography or filming without our written approval (see below)
• Please lock the side door each time you leave. It does not lock automatically

DURING YOUR STAY
Our cleaning, maintenance, and guest-support team works hard to make your stay great. Airbnb expects guests to be considerate and respectful of hosts and everyone they meet during a stay, and we ask the same toward our team, vendors, and neighbors. Concerns are always welcome. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of anyone on our team will be reported to Airbnb.

Please tell us about any damage as soon as it happens so we can sort it out fairly. Please keep total people on the property, including daytime visitors, within the guest limit. Please leave the exterior cameras and the indoor noise monitor connected and uncovered.

Commercial photography or filming is only allowed with our written approval before your stay. Approval requires a commercial general liability policy of at least $1,000,000 naming Dreamline Suites as an additional insured. All house rules, guest limits, and parking rules still apply.

POOL SAFETY
Please read before anyone gets in.
• Never leave a child unattended near the pool, not even for a moment. Drowning happens quickly and quietly. If a child goes missing, check the pool first
• No lifeguard is on duty. Guests swim at their own risk and assume all liability for pool use
• The pool is fenced, with a self-closing, self-latching gate. Keep the gate closed and latched, and never prop it open
• The ring buoy and rescue hook at the pool are emergency equipment, not pool toys. Please make sure children don't play with them. Guests are responsible for damage caused by misuse
• Keep children away from pool drains, pipes, and other openings
• Know the property address so you can direct emergency services if you ever need to
The pool is private to this home, is not heated, and is cleaned weekly; the water temperature depends on the weather. If you'd like to confirm pool availability for your dates, message us before booking.

PARKING & GETTING IN
Park in the driveway on the right side of the home. Entry is through the side door off the driveway, not the front door.

GOOD TO KNOW
The backyard is fully fenced. This home has sliding barn doors, so please be mindful of children playing around them. There is a small step into the bathrooms, so watch your footing. The outdoor walkways use repurposed materials and can be uneven or slick. You will likely see a pool cleaning vendor or lawn care company during your stay. A supply closet inside the home stays locked.

PETS
Up to 2 pets are welcome (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). A flat $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets, and pets must be added to your reservation. Please crate pets when they're left alone, keep them off beds and furniture, and clean up after them. Service animals are always welcome, at no fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
Available on request when the cleaning schedule allows. $20 per hour, one-hour minimum. Message us and we'll check with our cleaning team.

BEFORE CHECKOUT
Before you head out, please leave used dishes in the kitchen sink or dishwasher, gather used towels in the tub, put trash in the kitchen bin, take your food and belongings, and turn off the lights and A/C. Our cleaning team handles the rest.

LOCAL RULES
City of Montgomery Ordinance 29-2026 (short-term rentals):
• Maximum occupancy is 2 per bedroom plus 2 (this home's 6-guest limit is within that)
• Park only in designated spaces. No buses, RVs, or commercial vehicles
• Amplified music is allowed indoors only
• No weddings, receptions, parties, or events
• Trash bins must be kept out of public view except on collection day
The city fines the operator $250 for a first violation and $500 for each one after. If a guest's violation results in a city fine, we will request reimbursement through Airbnb's Resolution Center with the citation attached.

SECURITY & MONITORING
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, motion-activated cameras are installed on the exterior only. They record audio and video and monitor entrances and outdoor areas. No cameras monitor any indoor area. An indoor noise-monitoring device measures noise levels only. It does not record audio or video.

Access

Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the house. You may access any space inside the house other than the locked supply closet. Guests enter through the side door off the driveway, which has an electronic smart lock.

Transit

Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery.
