The booking guest must be at least 25 years old. We may allow bookings by guests aged 21 and over for apartment-style units or stays of 30 nights or longer. We may request a government-issued photo ID before arrival. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with confirmation details.
For reservations made directly through our website, our cancellation policy is as follows: 100% refund for cancellations 14 or more days before check-in, 50% refund from 7 to 14 days, and no refund within 7 days of check-in.
Standard check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Any early check-in or late check-out is based on occupancy and availability and must be approved in advance.
