Welcome to your home away from home! There aren’t many properties as nice as this is in Montgomery. You’re just minutes from Eastchase shopping, dining, AUM, Windcreek Casino, and direct access to Interstate 85. This is a very quiet neighborhood that boasts nicer custom homes only a few years old.
Recently built, this home comes with all of the upgrades: Stainless appliances, hardwood floors, granite tops throughout, bronze finishes, a 2 car garage, and all new furnishings.

Driving, renting, or taking an Uber is the best way to get around town.
We want you to enjoy your stay! You may see me pop in from time-to-time to resupply the property and make sure we’re meeting your standards.

You’ll find the highest home values and nicest retail amenities on the east side of town. Houses are still being built in this neighborhood and it’s in a very high demand area. You’re literally less than 5 minutes from fine dining, retail shopping, or playing golf at the local country club. A 15 minute drive will put you anywhere in Montgomery including downtown, Maxwell AFB, or taking in the sights and sounds of BB Kings Blues Club at Windcreek Casino.
The neighborhood is so quiet and really gives off the family atmosphere. You’ll enter around a large lake, walking trail, and playground for the kids. It’s full of larger homes and well manicured lawns. You’ll immediately feel welcome.
After parking, you’ll enter through the front door into the foyer. The well appointed dining room is on your right as you walk into the large living room. The Master bedroom is right off the living room. Along with plenty of storage space, it also has a brand new 70″ flat screen TV. Each room has a lock with your own unique code to the door.
It’s an open floor plan including the breakfast table and kitchen with included bar as well. Enjoy the natural light or enjoy a cool evening on the large back porch with plenty of seating for 10.

Address: 10512 Duncannon Trail, Master Bedroom, Montgomery, AL 36117. Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the house and you shouldn’t have a problem.
ARRIVING:
This home is in the Stoneybrooke neighborhood in East Montgomery. Coming from Montgomery, proceed to exit 11 off of Interstate 85. Turn left off of the exit, a right on to Technacenter Drive, and another right on to Atlanta Highway. Proceed roughly 1 mile to Stoneybrooke neighborhood on the left (Stoneybrooke Way). Drive straight through the neighborhood and turn right on to Duncannon Trail. It is the fourth house on the right. Park either in the driveway or on the street. Type the code provided at the front door to unlock and enter. Go through the living room and the Master Bedroom is to the left of the back patio. Type the same code provided to the Master. Whenever you leave the house, press the lockstate button again to lock the door. PLEASE NOTE: THE EXTERIOR ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.
DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures will be sent the evening before.
WIFI: Access can be scanned via QR code by opening the camera app on your smart phone or manually typing it in. Details for it are provided upon entry into the property.
SLEEPING: There is a king bed that sleeps 2. Towel linens for two are provided in the closet. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.
TV: This property has Smart Tv’s with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved.
CLEANING: In order to maintain a clean home, we’ve scheduled cleanings to be done biweekly including the bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms. In addition, the kitchen and common spaces will be tidied up twice per week.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you’ve been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
