This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information.
Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions.
Park in the driveway to the left of the front of the house on East Cervantes. Walk up to the front porch and this apartment has an electronic lock on the front door. The access code will be sent within 24 prior to the stay.
Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Pensacola.

Welcome to our charming East Hill apartment in Pensacola! You’ll start by parking in the convenient driveway located to the left of the home. As you walk up to the inviting front porch, you’ll feel right at home.
Step inside and enter the cozy living room, where you’ll find a comfortable seating area and a smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The space is designed for relaxation and entertainment, making it easy to settle in and enjoy your stay.
To the right of the living room, you’ll find the spacious bedroom. This serene retreat features a luxurious king bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bedroom also includes its own TV, allowing you to catch up on your favorite shows in bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is a private bathroom, providing both convenience and privacy for your stay.
To the left of the living room, you’ll discover the dining room and a fully stocked kitchen. The dining room offers a charming space to enjoy meals, whether you’re dining solo or with a companion. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including cookware, utensils, and modern appliances.
Our apartment is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along to enjoy the adventure with you. The fully fenced backyard provides a safe and secure space for your pets to play and explore.
The apartment retains its original hardwood floors, adding to the charm and character of the space. These beautiful floors not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also reflect the history and craftsmanship of the home.
Address: 1601 E Cervantes Street, Apt A, Pensacola, FL 32501. Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the house and you shouldn’t have a problem.
ARRIVING: This home is in the historic East Hill neighborhood. The GPS should bring you straight there. Parking is to the left of the front of the home in the driveway. Apartment A is the apartment up the stairs on the front porch. The apartment is equipped with an electronic code on the front door. Whenever you leave the home, press the lockstate button again to lock the door. PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.

SLEEPING: There is a king bed in the bedroom and an air mattress in the living room that can sleep a total of 4, if needed. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.
TV: This property has Smart TV’s with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved and priced at $20/hour.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you’ve been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
