Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the house. You may access any space inside the house other than the locked supply closet. This home has an electronic lock on the front door.

As you step through the foyer, you’ll find a cozy living room to your left, furnished with ample seating for six and a smart TV for your entertainment needs. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room to the dining room and kitchen, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The dining area provides seating for six, perfect for enjoying meals together or engaging in lively conversations.
The kitchen is a chef’s dream, boasting stainless steel appliances and elegant granite countertops. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet feast, you’ll find everything you need to unleash your culinary skills. The well-equipped kitchen also includes all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are located to the right of the main living area. The first bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two comfortable full-sized beds, making it ideal for families or groups. The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat, furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed. It comes complete with its own ensuite bathroom and a spacious closet, providing ample storage space for your belongings.

Address: 6313 Wynfrey Place, Montgomery, AL 36117. Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the house and you shouldn’t have a problem.
ARRIVING: This home is in a quiet neighborhood at the back of a cul-da-sac. The GPS should bring you straight there. Please pull into the driveway of the home. The home is equipped with an electronic smart lock on the front door. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE AS IT DOES NOT HAVE AN AUTO LOCK FEATURE.
DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures will be sent the evening before.

SLEEPING: There is a king bed, one queen bed, and two full beds in the home that can sleep a total of 8. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.
TV: This property has Smart TV’s with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved and priced at $20/hour.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you’ve been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Fireplaces are not for use. Please be mindful when exploring the areas outside. Many repurposed materials were used for the walkways and can sometimes be uneven or slick.
