Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions.
Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the house. You may access any space inside the house other than the locked supply closet. This home has an electronic lock on the front door.

Address: 970 Dickenson Ave, Mobile, AL 36609. Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the house and you shouldn’t have a problem.
ARRIVING: The GPS should bring you straight there. Please pull into the front driveway of the home. Note, the driveway has room for two vehicles behind one another. The home is equipped with an electronic smart lock on the front door. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE AS IT DOES NOT HAVE AN AUTO LOCK FEATURE.
DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures will be sent the evening before.

SLEEPING: There are two queen beds and one king bed in the home as well as a pull out sofa that can sleep a total of 8, if needed. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.
TV: This property has Smart TV’s with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
LAUNDRY: The laundry room access is on the back patio. The code is 0970.
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved and priced at $20/hour.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you’ve been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.

Please be mindful when exploring the areas outside. Some of the areas in the back yard have roots and may be uneven when walking.
