Notes

A few things to know before you book:

PRIMARY GUEST
The guest who books must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the home for the entire reservation. The primary guest is responsible for everyone in their group and any visitors.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes, and there is no app to download and no account or password to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.

THE HOME
This is a single-level home with no stairs inside. The front door is up two or three steps from the porch and leads into the kitchen.

HOUSE RULES
• Maximum 6 overnight guests
• Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• Pets welcome: up to 2 (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets. Please add pets to your reservation.
• No commercial photography or filming without our written approval (see below)
• Please lock the front door each time you leave. It does not lock automatically

DURING YOUR STAY
Our cleaning, maintenance, and guest-support team works hard to make your stay great. Airbnb expects guests to be considerate and respectful of hosts and everyone they meet during a stay, and we ask the same toward our team, vendors, and neighbors. Concerns are always welcome. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of anyone on our team will be reported to Airbnb.

Please tell us about any damage as soon as it happens so we can sort it out fairly. Please keep total people on the property, including daytime visitors, within the guest limit. Please leave the exterior cameras and the indoor noise monitor connected and uncovered.

Commercial photography or filming is only allowed with our written approval before your stay. Approval requires a commercial general liability policy of at least $1,000,000 naming Dreamline Suites as an additional insured. All house rules, guest limits, and parking rules still apply.

GETTING HERE & PARKING
Use WIND CREEK ROAD when you navigate; some GPS apps route you onto Peppers Road, which is partly unpaved. We'll send clear directions before check-in. There's no rideshare or transit to count on out here, so plan to have a vehicle. Pull up to the side of the house and park in front of the privacy fence, with room for several vehicles plus a small boat or trailer. Come through the privacy gate to the front porch.

PETS & OUTDOOR SPACE
The backyard is fully fenced, with a doggie door out to the screened porch. There are two porches (screened-in at the back, and a front porch with a gas grill), plus string lights and a fire pit with seating on the patio. Up to 2 pets are welcome; dogs must be 60 lb or under, and some breeds are restricted for insurance. A flat $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets, and pets must be added to your reservation. Please crate pets when they're left alone, keep them off the beds and furniture, and pick up after them. Service animals are always welcome, with no fee.

TRASH
The gray bin is directly across the street on Farm Loop, next to the neighbor's. That is where the sanitation company picks up, and the bin belongs to the property. Bag your trash and place it in the bin.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
Available on request when the cleaning schedule allows. $20 per hour, one-hour minimum. Message us and we'll check with our cleaning team.

BEFORE CHECKOUT
Before you head out, please leave used dishes in the kitchen sink or dishwasher, gather used towels in the tub, put trash in the kitchen bin, take your food and belongings, and turn off the lights and A/C. Our cleaning team handles the rest.

SECURITY & MONITORING
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, motion-activated cameras are installed on the exterior only. They record audio and video and monitor entrances and outdoor areas. No cameras monitor any indoor area. An indoor noise-monitoring device measures noise levels only. It does not record audio or video.

Access

The whole home is yours, inside and out — both porches, the fenced backyard, and the fire pit. Pull up to the side of the house and park in front of the privacy fence, then come through the privacy gate. Two or three steps up to the front porch, where the smart lock is on the door that leads into the kitchen. Self check-in makes arrival easy at any hour.

Transit

A car is the way to go here — the lake and everything around it is a short, easy
drive, and there's plenty of free parking right at the house for cars, trucks,
boats, and trailers. Public lake access is just a short walk across the street.
