We’re excited to host you. Before confirming your booking, please note that all guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information.
★ HISTORIC HOME & TEMPERATURE NOTICE ★
During periods of extreme temperatures, please keep in mind that the house was built in the 1830s. While it does have central heating and air, we kindly ask for your understanding that indoor temperatures may be slightly uncomfortable at times due to the home’s historic construction.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY ★
Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. Please leash pets and clean up after them when outdoors to be mindful of other guests.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
★ NO PARTIES / EVENTS ★
We kindly ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests. Please respect quiet hours after 9:00 PM.
★ EARLY CHECK-INS / LATE CHECK-OUTS ★
Subject to availability, early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated at $20 per hour (one-hour minimum). Please reach out as soon as possible for availability.
★ POOL ★
The pool is seasonal and may be closed at certain times of the year. It is fenced and located in the backyard. Pool access is only guaranteed May–September due to water temperatures. The pool is 4 feet deep throughout—no diving permitted. Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty. Children under 14 must be accompanied at all times.

You may see us or our maintenance team on-site periodically for routine tasks such as mowing, pool cleaning, or maintenance needs.
★ AGE REQUIREMENTS ★
The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.
The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Step into our charming and boho chic cabin, featuring three cozy bedrooms and a bright, airy living space. You’ll be greeted by the open foyer, which leads into a welcoming living room complete with a large smart TV. The dining area and fully stocked kitchen make it easy to whip up your favorite meals and gather around the table. Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a smart TV, ensuring that you’ll have plenty of entertainment options during your stay. The spiral staircase leads to a private loft with a king bed, remote workspace, and a balcony to take in the beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. You’ll also have access to a laundry room, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay. Address: 5121 Main Street (Cabin), Millbrook, AL 36054. Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the house and you shouldn’t have a problem.
ARRIVING: This home sits on the corner of Main Street, one of the main thoroughfares through town. and Browns Road. While the GPS should bring you straight here, the property has a white fence out front and three entrances from the road. The main house has a pull through driveway in front. Pull in to the northern-most driveway and proceed down the treelined path. The cabin sits to the right of the cottage. Feel free to pull under the carport. The home is equipped with an electronic smart lock on the front door. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE AS IT DOES NOT HAVE AN AUTO LOCK FEATURE.

SLEEPING: There is one king bed and two queens that can sleep a total of 6. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.
TV: This property has a Smart TV with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.

EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS:
Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved and priced at $20/hour.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you’ve been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Fireplaces are not for use. The spiral staircase is narrow and can be slick with socks on so be mindful ascending and descending. Please be mindful when exploring the areas outside. Many repurposed materials were used for the walkways. This property is nearly 200 years old and the walkways can sometimes be uneven or slick. The pool is also seasonal and may be closed during certain times of the year.
