We’re excited to host you. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information.
Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions.
Park in the driveway to the left of the front of the house on East Cervantes as well as against the fence on N 16th Ave. Apt A is accessible from the front porch while the access for the other three are inside the privacy gate. They all have electronic locks on the front. The access code will be sent within 24 prior to the stay.
Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Pensacola.

Address: 1601 E Cervantes Street, Pensacola, FL 32501. Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the house and you shouldn’t have a problem.
ARRIVING: This home is in the historic East Hill neighborhood. The GPS should bring you straight there. Parking is both in the driveway to the left of the front of the home as well as in front of the fence on N 16 Ave side. Please pull up completely off of the road. Apartment A is accessible from the front porch while the other three are through the privacy gate. Apartment B is a 1 bedroom downstairs in the main house. Apartment C is upstairs on the second floor and is a two bedroom. Apartment D is the studio apartment in the back. The apartment is equipped with an electronic code on the front door. Whenever you leave the home, press the lockstate button again to lock the door. PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.
DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures will be sent the evening before.

SLEEPING: There are 5 king beds in the property an air mattress, two pull out couches, and a futon that can sleep a total of 16, if needed. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.
TV: This property has Smart TV’s with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved and priced at $20/hour.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you’ve been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
