This space was recently restored with all new interior paint, hard flooring, new shaker cabinets, stainless appliances, and white speckled granite countertops. It’s one of the few studios that you’ll see that includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. The décor is a farmhouse, cottage theme inside and out with a few modern touches including a Samsung UHD Smart TV and all new cooling gel memory foam mattress.

Address: 119 Whitman Street, Montgomery, AL 36104. Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the apartment and you shouldn’t have a problem.
ARRIVING: This unit is part of a small apartment community called The Cottages at the corner of Herron Street and Whitman Street. Parking is in rear of the building although one vehicle can be left on Whitman Street overnight. 119 Whitman is the left door of the left duplex facing Whitman Street. Type the code provided to unlock apartment. Whenever you leave the apartment, press the lockstate button again to lock the door. PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.
DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures are located on the door.

SLEEPING: There is a queen bed as well as an air mattress in the living room that sleeps a total of 4, if needed. The linens and pillows for the sofa are stored in the coffee table. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.
TV: This property has an Samsung Smart TV with Samsung TV Plus, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS:
Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you’ve been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
