This home was built in 1905 and recently restored to share with you. This space is the downstairs master complete with ensuite bathroom and convenient to the kitchen for any late night snacks! Once you enter the home, your domain awaits on the left side of the hallway straight ahead. You can relax with a king bed, a large flat-screen television, a deep closet, and a full bathtub/shower combo. The shared common areas including foyer, living room, dining room, breakfast area, kitchen, laundry room, and family room.
Use the front or back yard and enjoy the common areas within the home. This home has an electronic lock on the front door.

This area is known as the Garden District in Montgomery and includes the governor’s mansion among other classical revival and Queen Anne architecture. You’ll notice quite a number of folks outside on a nice day enjoying the stroll around the neighborhood. Also, just across the road is a wedding venue and one of the premier sites in the Montgomery area.
