Beautiful 3BR Home Close to Capitol Heights
Come unwind in beautiful Capitol Heights in this recently renovated historic cottage. You’ll find everything you need in this downtown-convenient home whether traveling for a few nights or a few months. Originally built in 1940, but recently restored, you can’t go wrong with this three bedroom beauty! It’s adorned with stainless appliances, three big king-sized, comfy mattresses, and is pet friendly to welcome those furry family members too.
We’re excited to host you. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information.
Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions.
Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the house. You may access any space inside the house other than the locked supply closet. This home has an electronic lock on the front door.
Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery.

Mornings are when the house really shines! Wake up in one of our three king size beds and open up the large black-out curtains to flood the house with light. Maybe even grab a cup of coffee and rock on the front porch while watching all the neighbors getting in their morning jogs.
If you’re more of a night owl, we’ve got you covered! Every room has black out curtains and ceiling fans. Cozy up with a nice blanket in the living room and catch up on your Netflix watchlist!
Address: 40 N Capitol Pkwy, Montgomery, AL 36107. Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the house and you shouldn’t have a problem.
ARRIVING: This home is in the historic Capitol Heights neighborhood. The GPS should bring you straight there. Please park on the street on St. Charles Ave, the side of the house or in the rear driveway. The home is equipped with an electronic smart lock on the front door. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE AS IT DOES NOT HAVE AN AUTO LOCK FEATURE.
DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures will be sent the evening before.

SLEEPING: There are three king beds in the home as well as an air mattress that can sleep a total of 8, if needed. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.
TV: This property has Smart TV’s with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS:
Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved and priced at $20/hour.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you’ve been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Fireplaces are not for use. Please be mindful when exploring the areas outside. Many repurposed materials were used for the walkways and can sometimes be uneven or slick.
