This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information.
Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions.
Park on N 16th Avenue facing the privacy fence. Open the gate to the backyard of the property. We use a smart lock for convenience.
Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Pensacola.

Welcome to our inviting apartment, thoughtfully arranged to provide a relaxing and convenient stay in Pensacola. Upon arrival, park in your designated spot and enter through the gated backyard. You’ll find a spacious outdoor dining area complete with a fire pit, grill, and plenty of seating—perfect for enjoying quiet mornings with coffee or unwinding in the evening with a meal.
To the left of the yard, stairs lead up to this apartment . Step inside to discover a fully stocked kitchen equipped with modern appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. A butcher block island provides extra counter space for meal prep or casual dining.
The living room is furnished for comfort, offering a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and an air mattress for additional guests. Whether relaxing after a day exploring Pensacola or catching up on work, this space is designed to suit your needs.
The bedroom features a beautifully furnished setup with a brand-new king-size bed, soft linens, and blackout curtains to ensure restful sleep. Adjacent is the updated bathroom, offering modern amenities including a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and essential toiletries.

Address: 1601 E Cervantes Street, Apt B, Pensacola, FL 32501. Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the house and you shouldn’t have a problem.
ARRIVING: This home is in the historic East Hill neighborhood. The GPS should bring you straight there. Parking is outside the fence on the N 16th Street side. Please park and enter the gate. Apartment B is the apartment up the stairs to the left. The apartment is equipped with an electronic code on the front door. Whenever you leave the home, press the lockstate button again to lock the door. PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.

SLEEPING: There is a king bed in the bedroom and a fold out sofa in the living room that can sleep a total of 4, if needed. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.
TV: This property has Smart TV’s with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved and priced at $20/hour.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you’ve been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
