Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions.
For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have motion-activated cameras on the exterior. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, as well as patios and pool areas (if present). These devices help us protect the property and ensure that neighbors are not disturbed.
Also, to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and our neighbors, we have a noise monitoring device in the property. These devices do not record audio or video, but they help us prevent disturbances caused by excessive noise.
This home has an electronic lock on the front door. The code will be sent to you within 24 hours of checkin.

ARRIVING: The GPS should bring you straight here. Parking is in the driveway in front of the house. Please note that the apartment over the garage is a separate listing and may have a guest in it. The house is accessible through the front door. Type the code provided to unlock. Whenever you leave the apartment, press the lockstate button again to lock the door. PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.
DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures are located on the door.

SLEEPING: There is are four beds that include full size, queen size, and king that sleeps a total of 8. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.
TV: This property has Smart Tv’s with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
TRASH: Everything including recycling goes in the trash bin. If you need to empty the trash, you can place the full bag in the green bin on the side of the house.
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you’ve been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly. You’ll be given a four-digit code that you’ll use for the duration of your stay to access the studio. Please press the “lock” icon whenever you leave the studio to keep the area secure. Be sure to leave the outside porch light on if coming and going during dark hours. In respect to other guests, please clean up after your pet.
