Cloverdale is a neighborhood within the city of Montgomery. It is the largest garden-landscaped neighborhood in the state of Alabama. It’s also one of the oldest, originally built out in the 1800’s. Cloverdale is known for many houses designed by European architects throughout history and for the tasteful landscaping that still exists today.
After parking on site, you will climb the black staircase to enter through the left door, Apt C, into the fully stocked, cozy kitchen. From there, you’ll pass into the dining room, perfect for a family meal. Walk through to the living room to find comfortable seating options. Curl up with a good book, relax with a movie, or work remote in your study area. Enjoy the sunroom as you step out onto the front patio.
Off the hallway are the two bedrooms, both with comfortable bedding. The bathroom is situated in between.

Address: 3259 Norman Bridge Rd, Apt C, Montgomery, AL 36105. Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the apartment and you shouldn’t have a problem.
ARRIVING:
Parking is in rear of building. Walk up the staircase and Apartment C is on left. Type the code provided to unlock apartment. You may need to pull the door to during the locking/unlocking process so the deadbolt can turn. Whenever you leave the apartment, press the lockstate button again to lock the door. PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.
DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures are located on the door.
WIFI: Access can be scanned via QR code by opening the camera app on your smart phone or manually typing it in. Details for it are provided upon entry into the property.
SLEEPING: There is one queen bed in each bedroom as well as a sofa in the living room that sleeps a total of 5, if needed. The linens and pillows for the sofa are in the bedroom closet. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.
TV: This property has an Amazon Firestick with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS:
Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you’ve been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
