Keep everyone together, settle in, and enjoy Montgomery without spending the trip driving across town.
The plans end. Nobody splits up. Nobody disappears into separate hotel rooms. You come back, kick off your shoes, and the part of the trip nobody scheduled begins. Everyone’s still together. The Capitol is 3 minutes away, but somehow the night keeps pulling everyone toward the front porch. One person sits on the swing “for five minutes.” Then everyone follows. That’s when Montgomery fades into the background—and the reason you chose a house instead of hotel rooms suddenly makes perfect sense.
