Come back from the reason that brought you to Montgomery, kick off your shoes, let the dog into the fenced yard, claim the porch, and spread out.
You arrive. Before the bags hit the floor, the dog is headed for the fenced yard, the kids are claiming rooms, and someone has disappeared onto the porch. That’s when the trip changes. You’re not coordinating hotel rooms or taking turns being cramped anymore. Everyone is together, but nobody is on top of each other. Maxwell, downtown, and the reason you came are minutes away. But when you get back, kick off your shoes and stay up too late—this is where Montgomery starts feeling less like a trip.
Other Things to Note
A few important details to know before booking:
📝 Rental Agreement
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking
This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same
It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage
It takes about two minutes — there is no app to download and no account or password to create
We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete
🚗 Parking
There is one space in the small driveway behind the home
We encourage guests to park against the curb in front of the house instead — it is easier, and street parking is allowed in this neighborhood
🚪 Getting In
Enter through the glassed-in front porch — two or three steps up
The deadbolt is on the front door inside the porch
🌳 Outdoor Space
The backyard is fully fenced with an 8-foot privacy fence — good space for kids and pets
Wrap-around screened porch and sunroom
🗑️ Trash
The green bin is on the side of the house
City pickup runs twice a week
Please bring the bin back the same day — it can’t be left at the curb overnight
⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Every request has to be manually approved
Check with us and we’ll check with our cleaning company
Fee: $20 per hour, with a one-hour minimum
Please request as early as possible
⚠️ Please Note
Fireplaces are not for use
The outdoor walkways use repurposed materials and can be uneven or slick — please watch your step
📹 Security & Noise Monitoring
Motion-activated exterior cameras monitor the entrances and outdoor areas of the property
No cameras monitor any indoor area
Exterior cameras may record audio and video
An indoor noise-monitoring device measures noise levels only
The noise monitor does not record audio or video and is not placed in any bedroom or bathroom
🔑 Minimum Booking Age
Because this property is a single-family home, the primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old
The primary guest must be present throughout the reservation
The primary guest is responsible for their group, visitors, and compliance with house rules
Reservations that misrepresent the primary guest’s age may be canceled in accordance with the applicable booking terms
Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the house. You may access any space inside the house other than the locked supply closet. Enter through the glassed-in front porch — two or three steps up — where the deadbolt is on the front door.
