This charming 2 bedroom apartment is located on a tree lined street in a very walkable neighborhood. You can park in the driveway in the back or on the street in front of the white garage. Once you ascend stairs, you’ll enter the apartment from the side of the home through the kitchen.
The apartment has been completely remodeled with all new paint, appliances, roof, and refinished floors. It is also pet friendly and has a small fenced in backyard. You’ll enjoy the fast wifi, king bed, brand new furniture with an eclectic vibe, and new memory foam mattresses.
As you enter the apartment, you’ll find yourself in the fully stocked kitchen complete with everything you’ll need to cook a full meal. From there, you can walk into the dining room, which has a large table for 6. Beyond the dining room is the comfortable living room with a smart TV. There is also a sunroom with comfortable patio seating and a laundry area.
Down the hallway in the back are the two large king bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own smart TV. The bathroom has been newly renovated and has a bath/shower combo.

Address: 2001 Madison Avenue, Montgomery, AL 36107. Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the house and you shouldn’t have a problem.
ARRIVING: This home is in the Capitol Heights neighborhood. The GPS should bring you straight to the home. 2001 is located on the left side of the duplex if looking from Madison Avenue. Parking is in the back driveway or along N Florida St. It is okay to pull in front of the white garage in the rear as it is part of the property as well. The home is equipped with an electronic smart lock on the side door to the kitchen. Walk up the stairs and type the code provided. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE AS IT DOES NOT HAVE AN AUTO LOCK FEATURE.
DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures will be sent the evening before.
SLEEPING: There are two king beds and an air mattress that can sleep a total of 6, if needed. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.
TV: This property has 3 Smart TV’s with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved and priced at $20/hour.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you’ve been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Fireplaces are not for use. Please be mindful when exploring the areas outside. Many repurposed materials were used for the walkways and can sometimes be uneven or slick.
