Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking
This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same
It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage
It takes about two minutes — there is no app to download and no account or password to create
We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete

This apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 guests
🏡 Property Setup
This is one side of a duplex — 2001 is the left side looking from Madison Avenue
2003, the one-bedroom next door, is a separate listing and may have other guests during your reservation
Your apartment is private and exclusively yours
🚗 Parking
Park in the back driveway — it is fine to pull in front of the white garage in the rear, as it is part of the property
Street parking along N Florida St is also available
🚪 Getting In
The entrance is the side door to the kitchen, up a flight of stairs
The smart lock is on that side door
🌳 Outdoor Space
The fenced backyard is a shared common space with the apartment next door
Access requires walking outside and around the home
Please be considerate of the other guests using it, and keep pets supervised
🗑️ Trash
The bins for both apartments are beside the home on N Florida Street, at the road
Just drop your bags in — nothing needs to be brought back
⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Every request has to be manually approved

Fee: $20 per hour, with a one-hour minimum

🔑 Minimum Booking Age
The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old for an apartment
The primary guest must be present throughout the reservation
The primary guest is responsible for their group, visitors, and compliance with house rules
Reservations that misrepresent the primary guest’s age may be canceled in accordance with the applicable booking terms
Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the apartment. Park in the back driveway, in front of the white garage. This home has an electronic smart lock on the side door to the kitchen, up a flight of stairs. The fenced backyard is a shared common space with the apartment next door.
