📝 Rental Agreement
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking
This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same
It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage
It takes about two minutes — there is no app to download and no account or password to create
We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete
🏡 Property Setup
This is one side of a duplex — 3264 is the LEFT apartment as you face the back of the building
3268, the two-bedroom next door, is a separate listing and may have other guests during your reservation
Your apartment is private and exclusively yours
🚗 Parking & Entry — use the back
Pull through the driveway on the right side of the building
Park in the gravel area behind the apartments, between the railroad ties
🚪 Getting In
Entry is at the BACK door — five or six stairs up to the back porch
The deadbolt is on the back door
You may need to pull the door to while locking or unlocking so the deadbolt can turn
🐾 Pets
Pet-friendly — bring your four-legged family members
🗑️ Trash
The bins are outside at the end of the driveway, shared with the apartment next door
Just drop your bags in — nothing needs to be brought back
⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Every request has to be manually approved

🔑 Minimum Booking Age
The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old for an apartment
The primary guest must be present throughout the reservation
The primary guest is responsible for their group, visitors, and compliance with house rules
Reservations that misrepresent the primary guest’s age may be canceled in accordance with the applicable booking terms
Parking and entry are at the back. Pull through the driveway on the right side of the building and park in the gravel area behind the apartments. 3264 is the LEFT apartment as you face the back. Walk up five or six stairs to the back porch, where the electronic deadbolt is on the back door. Your code is released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid.
Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery.
