Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions.
Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the house. You may access any space inside the house. This home has an electronic lock on the front door.

Originally built in 1937, this home has recently been renovated with today’s comforts while highlighting the elegance of a bygone era. You’ll enter into the living room, full of natural light featuring a 55″ Smart TV and seating for 5-6. Through the living room are both the dining rooms and kitchen while immediately to your left are the bedrooms and the bathroom. This is a fully stocked kitchen including stainless appliances and Keurig coffee machine. The master bedroom features a king bed as well as a Smart TV and sufficient storage. Inside the second bedroom is a queen and yet another TV with a large closet. The home features a washer and dryer as well as a full office with your dedicated remote workspace and overlooks the fenced-in back yard. Both kids and pets will enjoy their time in the back!
Address: 31 N Hopper St, Montgomery, AL 36107. Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the house and you shouldn’t have a problem.
ARRIVING: This home is in the historic Capitol Heights neighborhood. The GPS should bring you straight there. Please pull into the driveway to the left of the home. The home is equipped with an electronic smart lock on the front door. You may need to pull on the door when locking or unlocking so that the deadbolt can turn. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE AS IT DOES NOT HAVE AN AUTO LOCK FEATURE.
DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures will be sent the evening before.

SLEEPING: There a king bed and a queen bed in the home as well as an air mattress that can sleep a total of 6, if needed. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.
TV: This property has Smart TV’s with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS:
Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved and priced at $20/hour.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you’ve been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Fireplaces are not for use. Please be mindful when exploring the areas outside. Many repurposed materials were used for the walkways and can sometimes be uneven or slick.
