Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom home located in the picturesque Morningview neighborhood of Montgomery. Our home is a historic 1941 build that has been recently renovated to provide all the modern amenities while still maintaining its original charm.
You’ll love the convenience of our location, just a short drive from the Zoo, Garrett Coliseum, Fairgrounds, and Crampton Bowl. Downtown Montgomery is also just a few minutes away.
We’re excited to host you. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information.
Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions.
Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the house. You may access any space inside the house other than the locked supply closet. This home has an electronic lock on the front door.
Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery.

Make yourself at home in the entire space. This is a very quiet street full of older homes. You’ll enter through the living room set with Smart TV and seating. The dining room is straight ahead including high chair with kitchen beyond that. The bedrooms are on the left of the living room along with the bathroom. Please do be mindful of the locked cleaning closet and the back shed.
Address: 546 Morningview Dr, Montgomery, AL 36109. Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the house and you shouldn’t have a problem.
ARRIVING: This home is in the historic neighborhood just off Federal Dr and Atlanta Highway. The GPS should bring you straight there. Please park either in the driveway or in front of the home on the street with traffic. The home is equipped with an electronic code on the front door. Whenever you leave the home, please retype the code in to lock the door. PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.
DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures will be sent the evening before.

SLEEPING: There are three king beds in the home as well as an air mattress that can sleep a total of 8, if needed. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.
TV: This property has Smart TV’s with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved and priced at $20/hour.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you’ve been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
