You’ll enjoy the privacy of this little loft. It’s tucked away from the business of Montgomery, yet hidden in the heart of Capitol Heights only 3 minutes from the state Capitol. You’ll enter into the living area with seating and TV and the stocked kitchen to the left. The bedroom and bathroom is through the door straight ahead. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in tiled shower and new vanity. The bedroom has a dresser and a closet for extra storage. The bed is a new hybrid king mattress.
Address: 1621 Madison Ave, Montgomery, AL 36107. Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the house and you shouldn’t have a problem.
ARRIVING: This home is in the historic Capitol Heights neighborhood. The GPS should bring you straight to 1623 Madison and this listing is behind the house. Please pull behind through the driveway to the left of the home. In the back of the property, you will see this listing is the loft above the garage. Proceed up the stairs on the left. The home is equipped with an electronic code on the front door. Whenever you leave the home, press the lockstate button again to lock the door. PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.
DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures are posted on the back of the door.

SLEEPING: There is a king bed in the bedroom. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.
LAUNDRY: The washer/dryer is in the bottom right door of the storage area underneath the apartment. The code is 1267 + unlock. Please lock it back when finished.
TV: This property has a Smart TV with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
HEATERS: This property is equipped with a gas heater in the living room. To turn on, push and turn the gas control knob on top of unit to PILOT/IGN. Depress the knob again and hold for 5-10 seconds. While pushed in, press the ignitor until lit. Please note that turning off the unit completely will also cut off the pilot and it will need to be relit.
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved and priced at $20/hour.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you’ve been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
