We’re excited to host you. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the quiet time after 9 pm.
★ EARLY CHECK-INS/CHECKOUTS ★
Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions.

Please note that pool is seasonal and may be closed during certain times of the year. Fenced in pool in back yard. Pool is only guaranteed to be open June – September due to water temperatures. Our pool is 4 ft deep across so we ask no diving. Swim at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Please accompany all children under age of 14.

The main house, boasting over 3500 sq ft, provides ample space for everyone to spread out comfortably. With 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone to find their own private oasis. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, allowing you to unwind with your favorite shows or movies after a long day of exploring.
The kitchen and bathrooms in the main house feature luxurious granite counters and stainless steel appliances, blending modern convenience with historic charm. Address: 5121 Main Street (Entire Property), Millbrook, AL 36054. Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the house and you shouldn’t have a problem.
ARRIVING: This home sits on the corner of Main Street, one of the main thoroughfares through town. and Browns Road. While the GPS should bring you straight here, the property has a white fence out front and three entrances from the road. The main house has a pull through driveway in front and a parking area to the right of the porch. You may access the cabin and the cottage from the separate driveway. Each home is equipped with an electronic smart lock on the front door. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE AS IT DOES NOT HAVE AN AUTO LOCK FEATURE.
DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures will be sent the evening before.

TV: This property has multiple Smart TV’s with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
POOL: Our pool is 4 ft deep across so we ask no diving. Swim at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Please accompany all children under age of 14. Pool rules are listed on fence as well. Fenced in pool in back yard. Pool is only guaranteed to be open June – September due to water temperatures.
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS:
Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved and priced at $20/hour.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you’ve been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Fireplaces are not for use. Please be mindful when exploring the areas outside. Many repurposed materials were used for the walkways. This home is nearly 200 years old and the walkways can sometimes be uneven or slick. The pool is also seasonal and may be closed during certain times of the year.
