Welcome to our beautiful Airbnb located in the charming Capitol Heights neighborhood of Montgomery! This historical house was built in 1925 and has been thoughtfully updated with modern, eclectic design elements.
The house features three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with plush king-size beds and its own television. In addition, there is a comfortable sofa futon that can accommodate extra guests in the third bedroom or office flex space.
We’re excited to host you. Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information.
Early Check-ins, Late Checkouts: Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions.
This home has an electronic smart lock on the front door. You’ll be provided with a code unique to your reservation.

Capitol Heights is a charming neighborhood located in the heart of Montgomery, Alabama. With its rich history and central location, Capitol Heights is a perfect destination for those looking to experience the city’s vibrant culture and attractions.
This home is decorated in a modern eclectic feel with thick velvet curtains and plush couches. We’ve got plenty of room for a number of guests in these huge bedrooms. We went with stainless appliances and preserved the original countertops in the kitchen. The home is equipped with an office with a convertible futon for those late nights. The backyard is fully fenced allowing for plenty of space for your pets and children to enjoy.
Address: 1840 James Ave, Montgomery, AL 36107. Please follow these directions, step-by-step, in order to get into the house and you shouldn’t have a problem.
ARRIVING: This home is in the historic Capitol Heights neighborhood. The GPS should bring you straight there. Please unlock the back gate and pull inside the wooden fence from California St. The smart lock is on the back door. Please note that the street in front of the house can become congested so we encourage parking in the rear. Any visitors may park across California street in the vacant parking lot. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE AS IT DOES NOT HAVE AN AUTO LOCK FEATURE.

SLEEPING: There are three king beds in the home as well as an fold out futon that can sleep a total of 8, if needed. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.
TV: This property has Roku Smart TV’s with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows.
EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved and priced at $20/hour.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you’ve been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Fireplaces are not for use. Please be mindful when exploring the areas outside. Many repurposed materials were used for the walkways and can sometimes be uneven or slick.
