This space was recently restored with all new interior paint, hard flooring, new shaker cabinets, stainless appliances, and white speckled granite countertops. We also include a washer and dryer for your convenience. The décor is a farmhouse, cottage theme inside and out with a few modern touches including two TCL Roku UHD Smart TV’s and all new cooling gel memory foam mattresses.
You will be provided with a unique code that you can use to access the property via the electronic deadbolt.

This neighborhood encompasses 42 acres of mature trees, sidewalks, and Queen Anne homes. The Hill overlooks not only the Alabama River but also the downtown area of Montgomery. It’s within walking distance of several restaurants and nightlife for the city, but placed in a quaint setting with charming and unique architecture.
