Experienced working in professional kitchens since the age of 14. Found my passion for culinary just watching and helping family members cook. After attending culinary school, I honded my skills working a high volume fine dining catering company for 5 years. Doing everything from a sweet 16 to private dinners at rooftop penthouses in Manhattan. From there I worked at Mediterranean restaurants along the Jersey shore taking on Executive Chef jobs. Currently, I reside in the Montgomery area where I run the kitchen at local favorite The Patriots Grill.

Menu Options For Private Events

Option 1 Italian Tasting Menu (5 course)

$75 per person

 

● Scallop Crudo

Thin sliced scallops,Calabrian chili, watermelon radish,lemon thyme vinaigrette

● Cacio e Pepe Gnudi

Handmade ricotta dumplings,toasted peppercorns,pecorino romano

● Sgroppino al Limone

Prosecco, vodka, sorbetto al Limone, basil

● Guanciale di Manzo

Braised beef cheek, barolo wine,juniper berries,polenta,heirloom carrots,cipollini.

● Hazelnut Panna Cotta

Italian custard, hazelnut praline, chocolate ganache

 

Option 2 Local Taste of The South(5 course)

$65 per person

 

● Alabama Caprese Salad

Fried green tomatoes, smoked pimento cheese, roasted tomato vinaigrette

● Shrimp n’ Grits

Blue corn cheese grits, smoked sausage, colossal prawn

● Arugula Salad

local arugula, key lime vinaigrette, fennel, orange

● Sweet Tea Brined Pork Tenderloin

bone in chop, purple hull pea puree, mustard greens, sweet and sour peaches

● “Transparent” Lemon Meringue Pie

with a raspberry coulis

*Pricing Per Event*

Along with the price for each customer a fee of $225 will be added on to the pre fixe menu options, and $125 to the family style meals. Fee includes price of labor for chef and one server, delivery fee, total cleanup of kitchen and dining area, and cost for preparation time for meals. Additional fees may apply, such as, for more needed prep time and any additional servers for larger parties.
